We upgrade your shell to our plastic shell and colour match your fob to your vehicles exact paint colour code, or we can come up with a completely bespoke design to your exact requirements.
Description
Please note for customers with the 4th ‘Panic Button’, the hard shell upgrade removes the availability of the panic button as there is no side button on this upgrade. The panic button remains in tact in the internal circuitry and should you wish to change back to a standard rubberised shell the panic button would then be re-instated.

Ordered a Dark Sapphire colour on 28th August and received on 14th September. The bespoke flip key marches exactly with my Bentley’s exterior colour, very good quality. I will give a 5-star for the product itself.
Meanwhile, please allow me to put further comments on the service experience. 1. I think phoenix bespoke keys shall update the shipping address either online or by email when customers made their order. I received order confirmation but nobody told me where to ship my key until I contact Phoenix via their Whatsapp, not quite convenient. 2. The battery of the key will be charged extra. I think it would be good to change the battery free of charge or at least an option to add on the battery change when making orders.
Overall, perfect product.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We do not advertise the delivery address on our website for customers security. We respond to orders within 24 hours confirming the address to which customers should send their key. We do have an option for battery change on the Brand page in the shop for each key, but not as a part of key customisation.
